Mike Saltaformaggio
Bio
Mike Saltaformaggio is a passionate trial lawyer known for his unrelenting advocacy of his clients’ rights inside and outside the civil courtroom. He does not represent big businesses or insurance providers – he only represents the injured and wronged. Mike believes in protecting the good people of Mississippi from the wrongs caused by negligence and corporate greed. He fights day in and day out to see that his clients’ voices are heard and that the wrongs they have suffered are made right again.
Mike’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. He was selected to the Rising Stars℠ List (2014 - Present) and is a proud recipient of the Client’s Choice Award from Avvo. Mike has also been selected to the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys Top 10 list, The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list, and The National Trial Lawyers - Top 25 Motor Vehicle Accident Attorneys list. Born and raised in Louisiana, Mike attended Louisiana State University, where he received a B.A. in Political Science and minored in Sociology. After graduation, Mike enrolled in law school at the Mississippi College School of Law, where he was extremely successful, graduating in the top 5% of his class. During his time in law school, Mike was Articles Editor for the Law Review and began developing his trial skills by participating in Moot Court competitions across the country.
Mike is a member of the Mississippi Association for Justice, the Madison County Bar Association, Jackson Young Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, as well as the Charles Clark American Inns of Court.
When not in the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, daughter, Claire, son, Nathan and youngest daughter Lily Jane. He is an avid college sports fan and enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
