In the beginning years of his career, Attorney Day acted as a partner at a prestigious law firm and later opened his own private practice. Looking for an opportunity to help more people with his legal talents, he joined ‘MAGGIO LAW as Special Counsel for Louisiana. With his dedication to justice and tenacious nature when fighting insurance companies and stubborn defendants, he is a perfect fit. Our firm looks forward to seeing the superior results he can consistently achieve for his clients, just as he has done for the last 18+ years of his career.

Justin completed his J.D. at the Southern University Law Center, where he was the president of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. The experiences he had throughout his education and as a member of this reputable fraternity helped shape him into the powerful and driven litigator that he is today. Before attending law school, he received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Louisiana University, with a minor in Computer Science.

Born in Baton Rouge and raised in Prairieville, Louisiana, Justin feels a strong connection to his community. He is proud to be one of the first names that Louisianans call for legal help after an accident.
